New Cuffs and BAO Item of the Week (July 30 - August 5)
I've been keeping myself pretty busy beading lately but have neglected to show you any of it. I told you about the Corrugated Color Ribbon a customer had inquired about. Well, we decided to make it a bangle...and she loves it! I must admit that working out the pattern "join" was a challenge and I was sweating it at the end, but all's well that ends well...
And since I had my triangle beads out, it seemed natural to move on to these two green Ripples. Both green, yet they seem to have little else in common. First, the bright one:
And then the more subdued, earthy one:
(And, yes, I did throw some bronze beads into the delica mix for this one.)
And one green cuff leads to another, so I managed to create my newest design - Bands of Color - using two greens and a rose olive (or pink green, depending on whom you ask):
At this point, you will be relieved to know that Sand Fibers' Bead Art Originals Item of the Week, another new piece, has NO green in it whatsoever:
Purchase and pay for this piece by midnight on Thursday AND mention "BAO" in the Notes to Seller, and I'll send you a 10% refund of the purchase price via Paypal.
You can find details on these other seven BAO Items of the Week, as well as the specials associated with them, on the team blog -
And while I've got your attention...have you entered the GiveAway drawing for this lariat yet?
You have until Monday at midnight to leave a comment on this past Tuesday's post to enter. Good luck!
