BAO Item of the Week and Something Different

Last week, a customer asked me to create a (rather wide) cuff for her in a chevron design, using peach and greys. I mailed this cuff out to her this morning:

I got to playing around with some color palettes for this pattern

and started thinking (Danger, Will Robinson, Danger!): what if I let the customer pick the colors? Heck, what if I let the customer pick the width?

You say, but you've always done custom work, Carol Dean; what's new about this?

Well, I answer, I have actually created a (salad bar, anyone?) LISTING for a custom-made off-set chevron cuff, made to order, made to the customer's specifications. That's what's new. hehe Okay, I may be silly, but I think this may also be a lot of fun.
